microsoft works suite

I am trying to figure out how to just write letters, like
formal letters and resumes. I can not find it in
Mircrosoft Suite. Does it exist, like WORD, and how do I
find it? Thank you.

Click on START, click on ALL PROGRAMS and see if it's not under Microsoft
Word.

Hello Janine,

Did you install "Word" from your "Works" program cd? If not, then "letters &
labels" will not be accessible from within the Works program. I had the same
problem as you. But, I thought that since word was already on my system as a
part of 'Office Small Business 2000' the works features would be available,
not so. Just go back and install Word from your Works program cd and all
will be fine.
