I have created 5 users on my family pc. I need to log in
as "administrator" to retrieve old email messages which
didnt appear when I imported them into my new profile in
my newly created user account.
the "administrator" account no longer appears on the user
log in menu
how do I log back in to this account?

At the welcome screen, hit ctrl-alt-del twice in succession.
You will then see the windows 2000 style logon window where you can manually
enter a userid and pw.
unless you renamed the administrator account, the userid should be
"administrator" w/o the quotes.
The password is whatever you had it at before, or blank by default.
Hope this helps.

BTW....it's good practice to have two accounts that have administrator
priviliges.
If you're one of the 5 accounts, go ahead and make YOUR account one of the
administrator accounts as well.
Then, your account can do administrative things, and the "hidden" acount is
still there in the "background".
