I get an error message:

Could not start the Print Spooler service on Local
Computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group
failed to start.

Does anyone know what this means, and how can i solve
this problem? please reply to the e-mail i have given wih
this post

This doesn't address the spooler, but it does address the error, the remedy is likely
to be the same in any event

Ah, don't tell me, you have a Lexmark.

Disconnect the printer from the PC. Follow the instructions at Bruce
Sanderson's website and pay special attention to his section on Lexmark
printers.

At the end of the cleanup, reboot the PC. Download a new set of drivers
from www.lexmark.com install the software and do NOT reconnect the
printer until the software tells you to do so.

Google
