I hope im posting this in the right section but im having
problems with Smooth Scrolling on my PC.
I formatted my PC like ive done many times before as I
had problems with XP which were too many to count lol,
but now theyre sorted out. but now im having problems
switching the Smooth Scrolling on because then I go into
Internet Options the smooth scrooling appears to be
on...but its still juddering on both IE and in menus on
my PC.
Is there anything else I can try? or should I format
again to see if that works?
Ive never had this problem before so im not sure what to
do.
Thanks
Clare

Try updating your video card driver and see if that does the trick.
By default Windows will only install a "reference driver" which can
flakey with some video cards\onboard chips.
