go start/control panel/perf...and maint/admin tools/
go event viewer/
note
you have 3-event/error logs - appl'n/security/system/
also - chk the dr watson entries - ie
go start/help and support/tools/
go my computer information/
go view a list of ms software installed on this comp
go scroll to bottom for any dr watson info
and
take it fr there
