Aztech UM9800A USB 56K V90 Modem

I am having trouble installing our Aztech UM9800A USB 56K
V90 Modem in Windows XP Professional. I have been to the
manufactures web site and downloaded the latest WinXP
driver but am still having no success.

Can anyone advise on this problem with a solution. Thanx

What kinds of problems?
You need to be as descriptive as possible.
Are you receiving any errors? Does it install but not work?
The more information you can supply the more likely it is someone will be
able to assist you.
