Problem when starting Outlook

I continue to get the error "The procedure entry point
GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library
MSDART.DLL" repeatedly when Outlook is started. I am
running Windows XP Professional. Outlook version 2002. I
have to press the ok button until it goes away long
enough to close down Outlook. Thanks for the help.
