My company just upgraded my computer to Windows XP. I use
to be able to e-mail documents and spreadsheet directly
from Word and Excel but now i cannot. It brings up a
form like it's trying to set up a new internet e-mail
program. I went through this form and I still cannot e-
mail directly from Office programs. any ideas?

What version of Office are you using ? My Office-xp has File-Send to...
with three options regarding mail recipients plus "routing recipient" in
both Word an Excel.

Hi,

Office applications uses the outlook express/outlook
settings on your computer for sending mails. If you have
just upgraded then you will have to reconfigure the
default email (either Outlook express or outlook
98/2000/xp or whatever u have). Then your word/excel will
be able to use taht settings to send mail directly.
