Problem with icq

I have 2 computers, both connected to a router to share the broadband. (And
both of them have WinXP as their OS)

Now, I could not perform the file receiving function of ICQ. What should I
do to solve this problem?

As ICQ has nothing to do with Windows XP, I suggest you contact their
support (if any exists).
