Hi All,
I've discovered that my new Dell Precision 360 is slow
when changing to a directory on a network server, but only
when that directory contains many files, taking up to 9
seconds!
Is there a setting under Microsoft XP that I can change to
speed up the process of changing directories?
Interestingly, a Toshiba laptop in our lab does not have
the same problem under XP, as it can change to the same
directory within one second.
Any advice would be appreciated!
