Hi all,

I just set up a WinXP Pro system with 3 accounts. The problem is that when I
boot the machine, it goes directly into the Admin account. I then changed
the password on the Admin account and now it complains that it can't login
when it boots.

How do I stop it from attempting to login into the Admin when booting?

thanks

Nate

It sounds like you have something set to log you on automatically. When you
changed the password, that "something" is still using the old password. When
it can't perform the configured auto-logon, you receive a complaint about
it. Turn off the autologon - wherever it is - and the complaints should
stop.

Two possible tools where this may have been setup at that I can think of are
TweakUI and Start> Run> control userpasswords2
