Try Exporting the Address Book (File > Export.... ) to a folder that you
can access from another computer on the network. Then from the second
computer go to Outlook Express > File > Import and Browse until you find
the address book in the folder you put it in. Address book will be called
"name.wab" where name is the name of your email account.

The above works - you may also copy the .wab file from the first computer
into the appropriate folder on the second machine.
