I have tryed to send a e-mail to a site without success.
I have received one from this site.
I get a message saying invalid or error

You'll have to give us more than that to go on. :>(

What program are you using (Outlook Express?)? Do you have an ISP that
includes email in your service? Have you set up the Account in OE? Are you
trying to use a Web-based program, like Hotmail?

So many questions that you've given us no clue about. :>(
