hotfolder pdf printing

This seems to me like it should be simple enough, but I
haven't been able to find any info on doing this so I'm not
too sure. I want to be able to copy PDFs over a network
into a hotfolder on a machine running XP Pro and have it
start printing these PDFs as it gets them. Printing them
remotely isn't an option in this case.
