View Full Version : XP printer difficulties

We recently replaced some of our older machines with new
ones running XP. As of yet, we cannot replace the
computer that is functioning as a network printer
server. The printer server is a 2000 Pro machine. I
have had to re- install the printers daily on the XP
machines and even then I have only gotten it to work by
going in through command prompt and installing it. The
print jobs done on the XP machines come up with a number
of errors or nothing at all but still, no documents are
produced. Is there documented trouble of this nature
between 2000 Pro and XP? How can I solve this problem?
Thanks.
