Abnormal program termination

Hello everybody,

often (= almost every time) when I delete or move a file
in Windows XP Explorer, I get this message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Library
Runtime Error
Program: C\Windows\Explorer.exe
Abnormal Program Termination

Does anyone know a sollution for this???
