How many installs w/XP Pro?

Hi, I had to buy a new mbd. as my SiS 735 chipset was
very unstable! How many installs do I get on my XP Pro I
bought full retail in Nov. 2002? No one has been able to
tell me, so, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Michael;
There is no limit to the number of installations as long as it is
installed on only one computer at a time.
Your EULA has the details:
Start/Run
Type "winver" ENTER
Click "End User License Agreement"

A Repair Installation is normally required to properly detect the new
hardware after a motherboard replacement:

Greetings --

You can re-install and re-activate WinXP on the same PC an
unlimited number of times, until you wear out either the hard drive or
the CD. If it's been more than 120 days since you last activated that
specific Product Key, you'll most likely be able to activate via the
Internet without problem. If it's been less, you'll have to make a 5
minute phone call.
