Help Program missing

[Aubrey and Carol]

I am running Win XP PRO. on my Dell Notebook. Everything runs well,but I
have a problem. The "help program" won't run. Double click on the icon, but
nothing happens. Can some kind person please advise what to do here to get
it working again.
