Anyone out there know if Xing MPEG Encoder will work on Win XP Home Edition?
It is compression file for AVI ect video.
Real who acquired it in a merger dos not know and offers no help for it.
Or does anyone know of a compression file that will give 10 to 1 compression
for AVI video?
