debugging- how to disable

how do I disable the debugger, & what is it used for. I
don't know why it always pops up. It's driving me
crazy...???

Open Internet Explorer, go to 'Tools', then 'Internet Options...', then
'Advanced'
under 'Browser' tick 'Disable script debugging' job done.
