This is an ongoing problem with Atimmc.exe (not responding) that has not
ever been fixed.
It also does not release the sound card properly on occasion causing noise
when another application tries to use the sound card.
We'll just have to wait for ATI to fix it, however ATI Multimedia Center
hasn't been updated in quite a while so it could be a long wait. Last I
checked they removed the latest version 7.7 and fell back to version 7.6 on
their download site.
Usually I just ctrl alt del and end task instead of restarting the computer.
After ending task it will usually start when clicked on the second time.
