i get this error message on mostly all of my Windows XP
systems in my job when they try to reboot or shut down
their computers. Can anyone help?

Do you close programmes / windows and disconnect from the internet =
before clicking on Turn Off Computer or Log Off? If not well you should!

all programs are closed. We have an always on internet connection but that
also happens to machines not connected to the internet. If I chooser log
off or shutdown, the same message appears.
