Simultaneous restarting

Can someone please tell me why when I open a program
sometimes a blue screen with a lot of writing comes out
and tells me to contact the administrator.
It happens to different programs at different times which
is really annoying.
Can you please tell me how to disable it.

Your system is crashing. This could be hardware or software related. Post
the information on the screen to this forum. We might be able to help. You
will need to determine the cause of this problem. If it is hardware related
you could be experiencing anything from an overheating CPU to flaky RAM to a
failing hard drive. If it is software related you might be able to fix the
problem with updates.
