how to setup the network neighnour

I have a computer setup in an office network and
connected through hubs and I am using windows XP. Where
can I edit the workgroup and the network name of this
computer in the network??? As I want to change it to a
more meaning name and to my department workgroup. Also,
where can I add a new workgroup to the network ??

Right click on the My Computer icon and select Properties. Go to the
Computer Name tab and click the Change button. There you can change the
name of the computer as well as the workgroup that it is in.
