By this, I take it you want to move the "xxx" file from
X:\Documents and Settings?

I don't know of any way to move it (and see no need to
either as it can sometimes confuse programs and other
utilities used by the user), but it can be copied, via
Right-click My Computer => Advanced => User Profiles,
Settings.
