From what I can remember, changing a limited account to
an administrator account won't allow them to see the
other administrators files IF their My Documents folder
is private - which is where i'm hoping these personal
files are.

You can make folders private by Right-clicking on them =>
Sharing and clicking on the "Make this folder Private"
box. This should already be ticked on the My Documents
folder.

However, if you are still reluctant to do this, (in the
limited user account) you can Right-click on the setup
icon => Run As... => Choose run as a different user, type
in the Administrator account username and password, and
click run. Unfortunately, you will have to do this as it
(obviously) requires a password.

Hope this can help you,

Matthew Jones
