cant access units in vision2learn

I have been trying to learn about computers with
vision2learn.All went well until I got to unit 3.now I
cant access the units.I've been in touch with their suport
and help line,they say it must be some change I made to
settings.I've turned off antivirus and firewall etc.I've
been trying to restore to an earlier point on my computer
but thats not happening.I asked if I could reload the
whole program again but they said they could not offer me
anymore advice.I dont know enough to sort this problem can
anyone help PLEASE

You may want to try again, Pat. The very first page on the vision2learn
site says that they recently updated their server (July 29th). Your
failure to access unit3 may have been due to this behind-the-scenes
maintenance.

If still no luck, contact their tech support again. You may get a tech
that's in a better mood or that is a little more helpful. Perhaps one
that is willing to go over those mysterious settings with you.
