Is there a way to report a bug in a Microsoft driver?
I have an Epson Stylus COLOR 3000, and using the
Microsoft driver (ESC P/2). It supports large to wide
format paper sizes.
First:
Under the device settings, in the auto sheet feeder paper
size options: (1) there is not custom size ability, (2)
there is no selection for ledger (or large sizes)!
There are other sizes available in the manual feed slots.
The auto sheet feeder can support "wider" sizes! I think
I need to be able to select them!
Second
There is no way to get Visio 2002 to print on 11x17!
I have just updated Visio but have not tried that again.
From the visio side, you can pick any set of options, and
sizes, but, when the ink gets laid down, you get 1/2 (8.5
x 11) of a sheet printed.
What you see in the visio preview and setup dialogs is
not what gets printed!
What I guess, is that from the printer base propertiesd,
8.5x11 is being returned at print time not 11x17 for
paper size.
No difference if manual slot is set to 11x17.
