Internet access

Hi
Can someone tell me why my new =B4guest account=B4 won=B4t dial=20
up - it keeps referring me to the Administrator (me).
How can I organise this for the `guest`to have access to=20
the internet without viewing my files/folders - I have XP.

This is by design: Guests cannot establish an Internet connection.
