Fax Monitor

I have the same problem with my fax console/fax monitor.
I had another computer a few weeks ago and it worked
fine, now I got a replacement and it doesnt work and I
have all the boxes checked too. Fax monitor does not
open automatically and I do not get any notice of an
incomeing fax, or even a completed fax or any of the
other warnings or options. Also, it doesn't hang up on
the calls and leaves the line open. On my previous
computer, which was only 6 weeks ago, the fax monitor
opened up and even showed the status of each fax, now it
doesn't work. anyone else have this problem? how do you
fix it? I tried to delete the fax and add a new one but
the same one keeps coming back and I dont know how to get
rid of it and try again from scratch.

Any help?
