If you run the above option (control userpasswords2), it
opens up user accounts options for autologging into your
system. My question is how do I undo this if I've set the
options to autolog into a user account which is not an
administrator? I tried to do this a few minutes ago, and
each time I did, I was asked to enter the username and
password for an administrative user, but each time I
entered said username & p.w., I received an error message.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. : )

Thanx,

Try starting in the Safe Mode and undo the setting from here. If this
does not work see "How to Start System Restore Tool From a Command
Prompt in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=304449).
