Am I the only one?

Is it just me, or when I try to download a picture from
the internet into a folder, the computer doesn't list
a .jpeg file as an option? Someone please help, I'm
rather frustrated with this. Thanks

I have two things you can try:
1.. Your Internet Temporary Files folder may be full. Delete the Temporary
Internet files.

1.. Click Tools and Internet Options.
2.. Go to the General tab and press the Delete Files button.


2.. The second cause is more obscure. It can occur if you have "Do not
save encrypted pages to disk" selected.

1.. Click Tools, Options, and go to the Advanced Tab.
2.. Uncheck the option to load the page over a secure connection
(https).
