Lost e-mail

I sent an email and recipient never rec'd because they
were installing a new program. I then tried to resend.
it was in the sent items. i did not know how to resend
and thought maybe i could drag it from the sent items and
up to new mail. yes, i guess that was dumb. now i cannot
find the verrrrry long email message anywhere. it is not
in the deleted items. please help this omputer "expert".

What e-mail program are you using?
Also, installing a new program will not stop the reciepient from recieving
your e-mail.
If they did not recieve it, it was due to another reason.
