If it is not now a sub-folder under Deleted Items (in which case you can
drag it back to Local Files in the Folder List), go to Tools | Options |
Maintenance | Store folder and see where OE is storing it's data.
Enable viewing hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer.
If the DBX file for the folder is still there, move it to and empty Windows
folder and see the last paragraph here:
