New profiles being created

Dear All,

I have a user that whenever someone logs onto this XP Pro
machine (networked on a Win2000 domain), a new profile is
created. This is obviousley correct. However, when that
user logs in again, another profile is created, normally
called user.000 etc.

This is happening a lot and we currently have lots of
profiles.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
