I am unable to view a video on a specific Web Site.
http://aroundcny.com/pc/
I was able to ping the computer that the file is hosted on.
It is not a routing issue.
The Road Runner Technician was able to view the video file.
I cleared the Temporary Internet Files and the Cookies and
reset Internet Explorer to default.

In going to the site I noticed that a java scrip runs when you click on the
picture of the guy holding the laptop. You will have to have java console
installed to go any further. Also, you need Windows Media Player enabled
(which should already be done).

Go to http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp for java virtual machine download.
