I am having a problem with my WindowsXP fax console. I
recently had to use the recovery disks to recover damaged
files and completely recover my computer. Before the fax
was working, now it isnt. I try to send a fax, the
monitor doesnt come up, it automatically (even though I
have tried to change itin configuration) adds +1 in front
of the number, and dials long distance and the faxes dont
go through, and it is not documented in the console that
it hasnt been sent, theres no record of it at all. Like I
said, it was working fine before, and I had it configured
properly. I need help. Thank you anyone that can help :)
