Phone turns on computer!

Hi!

When my computer is completely off, it will turn itself
on when my phone rings. If my phone rings, it will turn
on my computer!

Does anybody know why and how I can prevent this,
please? I've searched everywhere for info on this and
can't find anything.

Control Panel \ System \ Hardware \ Device Manager
Expand the Modem area, right-click your modem
Properties
Power Management tab
Clear "allow this device to bring the computer out of standby"
Apply\ Okay your way out.

Actually, if it's booting his computer, he would have to disable Wake on
Modem in the BIOS
