Error#80040111 [Archive]

Ever time I try to down load a video clip a message comes
up and says Class Factory Cannot supply requested
class,then when I go to More help the error #80040111
comes up.Please Help fast!!

Hi, What kind of file are you trying to play? What codec does it use?
