I have tried to download new service pack3 and it will
download but it will not access it and install it..... I
have no idea why? Please help me if anyone can.... Since
I purchased a $200.00 dollar program and I cant get any
help from Mircosoft. What is that about? They say they
need more money for tech type questions. LOL!

What Service Pack is that? For what product? There's only been
one Service Pack for Windows XP, Service Pack 1.

This group is for discussion of Windows XP only. I assume you're talking
about Office 2000. I cannot assist you because I don't understand what you
mean. The reason MS want money to assist you is because they're not
obligated to help with OEM installations. The suite came with your computer,
didn't it? You need to contact your dealer for support.
