Missing GSM codec

Hi

When I try to use voice chat in Yahoo, I get a message that my computer does
not support the format. Missing the GSM True Speech Codec. Can someone
tell me how to correct the problem.

At a guess, the proprietory codec will be installed with the TrueSpeech
player from
http://www.dspg.com/allplyr.htm
