it happens when i start my pc user, it used to load the
comcast registraion but now it says SA REgistration
Application has encountered a problem and needs to
close.We are sorry for the inconveniece.

I aready sent this error report, don't know what else to
do.
Besides there is a lot of msgs. like this, "Could not
load C: \Program
files\comcast\BBclient\Data\....\canc_gy_off.bmp file.
error ID=2" at the same time.
All of this happened when I tried to restore my system
and eventhough I undo the restore the problem persisted.
what can I do???
