Back up

i have an OEM version of windowsXP on a new machine and it
doesn't seem to have the back up programe. How do I get it?

Chris has already given you an answer. It's a very good idea to have a
second backup since sometimes XP's will fail. Often mentioned here is
erunt.zip, a small freeware utility. Saved me once .
