Hi,

I keep getting a message telling me that there is a "newer version" of
Windows Messenger everytime I open Outlook Express. I've allowed the "newer
version" to install itself a few times, but the message persists. Is there
any way of getting rid of this annoyance?

Thank for any help,

Steve Harclerode

Greetings Steve,

To quickly remove this you can simply tell Outlook Express to stop starting Windows
Messenger. To do so, close Outlook Express, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/stopmessenger_oe.reg
