I have imported and exported IE favorite places and Outlook Express
address books from a Windows 98 computer to a Windows ME computer with no
trouble. You merely launch IE, click Import and Export, answer a few
questions, and save the info to a floppy diskette. The same procedure with
address books and Outlook Express. Then you place the floppy into the other
computer, open IE, click Import and Export, tell Windows where the file is
located, and your favorite places are exported. Again, the same procedure
with the address book. Very simple.
If I need to transfer IE favorite places and OE address books from a
Windows 98 computer to XP, is the procedure the same?
