When shutting down or rebooting in XP Pro I often get an
error message that CiceroUIWndFrame won't shut down.
Research says this is connected to Office XP, which is not
installed. Instructions for removing components for speech
and handwriting recognition don't match my setup (the
suggested fix).
How do I stop this CiceroUI message?

Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, Add/Remove Features-Office
Shared Features- Alternative User Input and Make unavailable Speech and
Handwriting.

Thank you.
Under Add/Remove there is no "Office Shared Features." There
is no "Alternative User Input." There is no choice to "make
unavailable Speech and Handwriting." Those options must come
with Office XP, which I do not have.
What else can I do?
