Custom Paper Size

After upgrading our system to Windows XP, my Panasonic
KXP2123 does not have the option for custom paper size,
such as 7" Checks, which was available in the Win98
environment. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to
solve this problem.

Hi Rodger, the most likely scenerio here is that you had Panasonic's custom driver on your windows 98 system, in the upgrade windows xp installed a more current built in driver. You can create a custom form for your 7" checks in xp by opening Printers and
Faxes, right click anywhere for "server properties", on the "Forms" tab check the Ceate a new form box then add the dimensions of your custom paper. The new custom paper size will be available in Printing Preferences, Paper, Advanced. Another option would
be to go to www.panasonic.com and search to see if panasonic still makes a custom driver for that device for xp.
