Delete doesn't delete

My printer's window shows the file being deleted after
printing but doesn't delete. Can't print another file
unless I reboot. Your help appreciated. Thanks

What application is creating the file?

What make and model printer and how is it connected to the PC?

Is it printing the file at all?
