Printer Problem

Printer:
HP LaserJet 2100 Series PCL 6

Office XP

Problem:
Word documents in page preview show with a 2.67 margin at
the bottom of page and it prints in that same format as
well. I enter 1 inch margin but then I get an error
message...(blah blah blah..fix margin.) If i say ignore
nothing happens and if I click on yes then it goes back to
2.67 margin. Is this a software issue? Printer Driver
issue? I'm running into a wall with this problem.

At the moment were on a network so my other co-workers are
getting other symptoms such as their margins getting
pushed to the right.

If anyone can lead me in the right direction I would
greatly appreciate it.

Changing the settings in Page Setup does not help.
