I am running XP home edition. After each restart I have to
reset my Explore appearance. The "Favorite" window is
closed, and also the Explorer window size is not as I had
left it before shut-down.
Similar effect with the toolbars of the folders. I set it
to be unlocked and show the Address bar. After restart the
default appearance is restored
Any ideas???

Hi,

See if this edit helps:

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
